Knapp Street

In this old 1907 home, all of the main level woodwork had been refinished to the gorgeous oak from its’ inception. The kitchen however, was still stuck in the 1950’s with vinyl floor, metal cabinets, awkward layout, no access to the backyard, and a make shift powder room in a pantry. Our goal was to increase the storage/efficiency of the kitchen, create a proper powder room and mud room with a door and windows to the backyard, all while having it meld perfectly with the remaining older looking part of the house. I think it worked!
